Last year a bunch of basement-dwelling crypto bros got drunk and started to argue about who could take who in a fight. As grown drunk men with too much money usually do, they decided to settle the matter with their fists. This is how Crypto Fight Night started.

What is your main motivation to get in the ring?
After working nonstop through 2020-22, my health and discipline just disappeared and I really needed a new challenge to focus on. Training in boxing is the perfect sport for discipline and health and I honestly thought it would be great fun as well.
What aspect of training comes most naturally to you? What’s your favorite strike to use when you’re fighting?
Strength and conditioning – lifting, throwing heavy things around and heavy bag work. Right hand cross and overhand right.

Lewis, self-proclaimed uniswap degenerate and Guinness ambassador steps out of his comfort zone to take on his next challenge, defeating Swanson in a 1 on 1 boxing duel. What is your main motivation to get in the ring?
Main motivation is just to challenge myself personally I guess and try something completely new, life experiences and all that. Swanson’s a mate too so should be a bit of craic, a good battle and a memorable night.
What aspect of training comes most naturally to you?
I guess just being able to push myself to the limit, whether it be cardio, sparring or anything in between.
What holes do you see in your opponent’s fighting game?
Haven’t seen any footage from him yet, but knowing Swanson; Too old, too slow.
Who is your coach? Who has he trained?
Cathal O’Grady. He was part of Ireland’s National High Performance Team where he was integral in the coaching team who trained several Irish Olympic Medalists.
What’s your plan after you win?
Have a derogatory amount of overdue Guinness and enjoy Dubai for a bit before heading back to Dublin.
Who is your dream fight with?
It would be an honour to get knocked out by Mike Tyson.
